1. My learning style is that I like to talk things through, and want to know how the material at hand effects my life. I generally learn best when working with another SF learner.
2. I need to talk through the material. If I study alone, I talk to myself. When i begin new material, I begin reading at the beginning of the chapter, taking care to assemble the details in order. I should take notes while reading, either in outline form, or as numbered lists of facts. Every so often, I should stop and review what I have done so far.
3. Breaking the material in manageable pieces and working to get one piece done at a time before going on to the next is a helpful technique.
